The Beauty Concierge is here to attend to your every Wax & Beauty need. Offering a private, professional, proficient and virtually pain free experience, the Beauty Concierge will help you feel and be your best self. Our wax specialists are experts in the field and use hypoallergenic, vegan friendly products to meet your ultimate beauty needs. Let the Beauty Concierge change your perception of the wax experience and leave you refreshed, revived and totally hair free.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies for all services. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via text, email or through the booking app.
Last-minute cancellations of less than 4 hours or No call/No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount. Multiple late cancellations will require a $25 nonrefundable deposit (will not be deducted from the service total)
All services have a 7-minute GRACE PERIOD Anything greater than 7 minutes will result in a canceled appointment and be charged 100% of the service amount.
Special Instructions
Appointment preparation:
1. Make sure to exfoliate 24 hours prior to the appointment.
2. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
3. Wear loose-fitting clothes
4. Cleanse, dry, and lightly moisturize the area before waxing.
5. Make sure hair has grown out at least 14 days before service to ensure the wax adheres to the hair.
