  • Does The Beauty Concierge Wax & Beauty Studio accept walk-ins?In consideration of the current Covid-19 pandemic, The Beauty Concierge Wax & Beauty Studio is not currently accepting walk in appointments.
  • How can I prepare for my appointment?For the best experience at The Beauty Concierge Wax & Beauty Studio we encourage our clients to prepare for their appointment by:

    1. Exfoliating 24 hours in advance of their appointment
    2. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
    3. Wear loose-fitting clothes
    4. Cleanse, dry, and lightly moisturize the area before wax
    5. Make sure hair has grown out at least 14 days before service to ensure the wax adheres to the hair
  • Can I cancel my appointment?Your service is reserved just for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies for all services. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via text, email, or through the booking app.

    Last-minute cancellations less than 4 hours or No call/No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount. Multiple late cancellations will require $25 nonrefundable deposit that will not be deducted from the service total.

    ​All services have a 7-minute GRACE PERIOD ​All services have a 7-minute GRACE PERIOD Anything greater than 7 minutes will result in a canceled appointment and be charged 100% of the service amount.
  • How do I know it's time for another wax?We advise that clients wait at least 14 days to allow hair to regrow before between appointments.
  • Can pregnant women get waxed?Yes, pregnant women can be waxed. We recommend consulting with your OBGYN to verify that waxing is okay for you.
  • Can I wax when I'm menstruating?Yes, we do serve clients who are menstruating. Clients must wear a tampon during their appointment. Also, we clients may experience more sensitivity during this time.
  • Can men get waxed?Yes, The Beauty Concierge Wax & Beauty Studio welcomes men to experience all the luxury we have to offer, including waxing.
  • Does waxing hurt?Using our careful technique and gentle products, The Beauty Concierge Wax & Beauty Studio aims to provide a virtually pain free experience.
  • What safety precautions has The Beauty Concierge Wax & Beauty Studio taken to fight the spread of covid-19?COVID19 Guidelines: To ensure the safety of our guests and staff we are currently appointment only. We cannot accept walk-ins at this time. Additionally, we ask and require all guests to wear masks.

    We continue to practice CDC guidelines as required by our licensure. Our facilities are deep cleaned daily. Also, high traffic areas are sprayed down and disinfected after each guest.

  • Is there parking available to clients?Yes, there is free parking available to our clients.
